Noon                           Gov. Ritter will deliver the keynote luncheon speech at the Club 20 Annual Spring Meeting. Location: Two Rivers Convention Center, 159 Main St., Grand Junction.

 

3 p.m.                          Gov. Ritter will tour the new Phillips Machinery facility and meet with local business, civic and elected leaders. Location: 1440 Highway 50, Delta.
