GOV. RITTER SCHEDULE FOR FRIDAY

8:30 a.m.         Weather permitting, Gov. Ritter will deliver remarks at Progressive 15's Annual Spring Meeting. Location: Burlington Community & Education Center, 340 S. 14^th St., Burlington.

 

9:40 a.m.         Weather permitting, Gov. Ritter will thank community members who are volunteering in Kit Carson County's Citizen Emergency Response Training Program. Location: Burlington Community & Education Center, 340 S. 14^th St., Burlington.

 

1:30 p.m.        Gov. Ritter and First Lady Jeannie Ritter will take part in the send-off ceremony for 472 troops from the Colorado National Guard who are being deployed to Iraq. This is the Colorado Army National Guard's largest deployment since World War II. Location: Pepsi Center.

 

First Lady's Schedule

 

9 a.m.              First Lady Jeannie Ritter will deliver welcome remarks at the Colorado LINKS for Mental Health's Big Meeting IV. The purpose of the workshop is to develop strategies for improving the behavioral health of Colorado kids. Location: The Colorado History Museum, 1300 Broadway.
