LT. GOV. BARBARA O'BRIEN TO SIGN FIRST BILLS INTO LAW MONDAY

 
Lt. Gov. Barbara O'Brien will sign her first bills into law Monday, acting on behalf of Gov. Ritter who will be out of the state.
 
Lt. Gov. O'Brien will be signing Senate Bills 40 (Hodge/Soper) and 204 (White/Ferrandino). SB 40 modifies recording requirements for documents related to manufactured homes, and SB 204 is one of several bills that will help the state balance the budget.
