5:45 p.m.        Gov. Ritter will deliver welcome remarks and attend the opening ceremonies for the 25^th National Space Symposium. More than 7,500 attendees are expected to take part in the four-day symposium. Location: Broadmoor Hotel, 1 Lake Ave., Colorado Springs.
