4:30 to 6:00 p.m. Lt. Governor O'Brien will host the Creative Capitol Fiber Arts reception, featuring Colorado textile artists. This is a new program from the Colorado Council on the Arts that features a rotating exhibit in the Lieutenant Governor's Office. Location: Room 130, State Capitol.
