11:30 a.m.                   Gov. Ritter and a broad coalition of business, civic and elected officials will announce the introduction ofColorado FASTER (Funding Advancement for Surface Transportation & Economic Recovery) legislation.Location: West Foyer, State Capitol.

 

3 p.m.                          Gov. Ritter will take part in the swearing-in ceremony of Secretary of State Bernie Buescher. Location: Old Supreme Court Chambers, State Capitol.        

 

6:30 p.m.                    Gov. Ritter and the First Lady will attend the "2009 National Western Citizen of the West Award" dinner.  Gov. Ritter will deliver remarks honoring Dick and Eddie Robinson. Location: Hyatt Regency Convention Center Hotel, 650 15^th St., Centennial Room.
