GOV. RITTER TO VISIT WITH WINDSOR MARCHING BAND NEAR WASHINGTON D.C. MONDAY

11:45 a.m. Eastern      Gov. Ritter will visit with and congratulate Colorado's Windsor High School Marching Band as band members practice for the 2009 Inauguration Parade. The band has been selected to participate in the Obama Inauguration Parade on Tuesday. Location: Richard Montgomery High School, 250 Richard Montgomery Drive, Rockville, Md.
