3:00 p.m. Gov. Ritter will preside over the swearing-in ceremony of Secretary of State, Bernie Buescher. Location: Old Supreme Court Chamber, State Capitol.
6:30 p.m. Gov. Ritter and the First Lady will attend the "2009 National Western Citizen of the West Award" dinner. Gov. Ritter will deliver remarks honoring Dick and Eddie Robinson. Location: Hyatt Regency Convention Center, 650 15th Street, Centennial Room.
