The signing ceremony will take place at 11:30 a.m. Monday in the West Foyer of the Capitol.
Gov. Ritter also is scheduled to sign SB 163 at 3 p.m. Monday in the West Foyer. The bill, sponsored by Sen. Brandon Shaffer and Rep. Dianne Primavera, establishes a Colorado Autism Commission that will develop a 10-year strategic plan to address the needs of people with autism.
