GOV. RITTER, FIRST LADY SCHEDULES FOR WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY


Gov. Ritter Wednesday Schedule
 
11 a.m. to 2 p.m.        Gov. Ritter will be spending much of Wednesday in Windsor for the grand opening of the new Vestas Blades manufacturing plant. The factory will produce 1,800 giant blades a year for wind farms, providing 600 new jobs. The day's events include a factory tour, speeches, lunch, a ribbon-cutting and a 1:30 p.m. news conference. Location: Eastman Park Drive (CR 66 3/4) and CR23, Windsor.
 
7 p.m.                          Gov. Ritter will deliver remarks at the annual Denver Public Schools Foundation dinner. Location: Hyatt Regency at the Convention Center, 650 15th St., Denver.
 
First Lady Wednesday Schedule
 
Noon                           The First Lady will attend a Project CURE luncheon with the First Lady of Mexico, Margarita Zavala. Project CURE collects medical supplies and equipment and donates it to developing countries. Location: Hyatt Regency at the Convention Center, 650 15th St., Denver.
 
Gov. Ritter Thursday Schedule
 
9 to 9:20 a.m.             Gov. Ritter will speak to and take questions from members of the Colorado High School Press Association. Location: Old Supreme Court Chambers, State Capitol.
 
3:40 to 4 p.m.             Gov. Ritter will address members of the Grand Junction Area Chamber of Commerce during the organization's annual visit to the Capitol. Location: Old Supreme Court Chambers, State Capitol.
