TODAY: GOV. RITTER TO RIDE & PROMOTE BIKE SAFETY AT ELEPHANT ROCK RIDE

Gov. Bill Ritter is taking part in today's Elephant Rock Bike Ride. He is riding the 62-mile course and will deliver remarks promoting bike safety and Senate Bill 148 (Bicycle Safety Act of 2009) with bill sponsors Sen. Greg Brophy and Rep.
