Baghdad and was a professor of political science at the . He is the current chairman of the Athletics Subcommittee of the Academy District 20 Transportation Task Force and is a member of the Colorado Springs World Affairs Council. Air Force Academy
He earned a B.S. degree in electrical engineering and a B.A. in government, both from the University of Notre Dame; a master's degree in international affairs from the University of Dayton; and a Ph.D in political science from Ohio State University.
