9 to 10 a.m. Gov. Ritter will visit with small business owners at a "Surviving Tough Times" economic workshop his office is co-sponsoring with the Small Business Administration, Colorado Bankers Association and other partners. This is the second of six free statewide workshops to help small businesses get through the financial crisis by providing them with direct access to information and resources. 1 p.m. Gov. Ritter will take part in a news conference announcing that the Colorado Regional Health Information Organization's electronic data exchange service is now up and running. CORHIO's data-exchange service will initially allow Kaiser Permanente, University of Colorado Hospital, Denver Health Medical Center
