9 to 9:15 a.m. Gov. Ritter will be announcing that the state Capitol building has received a unique national certification for energy efficiency. Location: West Foyer, State Capitol.
1:30 p.m. Gov. Ritter will join the Bureau of Reclamation, U.S. Interior Secretary Dirk Kempthorne, U.S. Sen. Ken Salazar as well as other federal, state and local officials to celebrate the near-completion of the Animas-La Plata Project.
