GOV. RITTER VISITS COLORADO SPRINGS ON MONDAY


 
Gov. Ritter will be participating in two New Energy Economy events in Colorado Springs on Monday:
 

Monday, Jan. 14, 2008

 
10:45 a.m.                   Gov. Ritter will take part in a dedication ceremony for a new solar power facility at Fort Carson. This landmark project covers nearly 12 acres and is the largest solar array at a U.S. Army facility.
 
Location: Fort Carson, directly south of intersection of Titus Boulevard and Brown Road intersection.
                                   
Noon                           Gov. Ritter will mark the opening of the state's 50th biodiesel fuel pump.
 
Location: Western Convenience, 2775 Briargate Blvd, Colorado Springs. I-25 to East Woodman Road, head east to North Union (approx 1.5 miles), north (left) onto North Union, three long blocks) to Briargate  Boulevard. Western Convenience is located on the corner of Briargate and Union.
