GOV. RITTER TO VISIT WESTERN SLOPE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY

Gov. Ritter will be visiting the Western Slope on Friday and Saturday
for events in Grand Junction, Rifle and outside of Rifle at an energy-
development site.

Friday, Jan. 18

3:15 – 4:30 p.m. Gov. Ritter will be meeting with
mountain-area mayors to discuss local issues.
Rifle City Hall, 202 Railroad Ave.

5 – 6:30 p.m. Gov. Ritter and members of the
Mesa State College community will be celebrating the Governor's
support for $18.4 million in state funding for the renovation and
expansion of Saunders Fieldhouse. Event starts at 5 p.m.; Gov. Ritter
arrives at 5:30 p.m. Location:Mesa State, Brownson Arena, Saunders

7 – 8 p.m. Gov. Ritter will be
attending the Grand Junction High School Boys Varsity Basketball Game.

Saturday, Jan. 19

8 – 8:45 a.m. Gov. Ritter and State Rep.
Bernie Buescher will be visiting with constituents at Traders Coffee &
Tea Company, 666 Patterson Road, Grand Junction.

10:15 a.m. – Noon Gov. Ritter will be touring a
Williams Production RMT energy-development site equipped with a high-
tech rig outside of Rifle.
