GOV. RITTER SCHEDULE FOR MONDAY
Gov. Bill Ritter , Sen. John Morse (D-Colorado Springs) and Rep. Amy Stephens (R-Monument) will hold a news conference at 9 a.m. Monday to announce the introduction of Senate Bill 1, which will create the Colorado School Safety Resource Center.
At 11 a.m., Gov. Ritter will honor Don Walker of Florence , who last year set a new record for catching the largest lake trout in Colorado history, a 50.35-pound catch from Blue Mesa Reservoir in Gunnison County .

Walker will be accompanied by his brother-in-law, Larry Cornell of Canon City , and Matt Smiley, the two previous record-holders.
