1 p.m. Gov. Ritter will take part in the annual Colorado Agriculture Day celebration and news conference. Location: West Steps, State Capitol.
2:45 p.m. Gov. Ritter, a bipartisan group of lawmakers and education leaders from around the state will announce the introduction of the Colorado Achievement Plan for Kids, the Governor's comprehensive education-reform legislation. Location: West Steps, State Capitol.
