GOV. RITTER DELIVERS KEYNOTE SPEECH TO CITY CLUB OF DENVER TODAY
Gov. Ritter will be delivering a keynote luncheon speech to the City Club of Denver today, outlining his priorities for the 2008 legislative session and previewing his ThursdayState of the State Speech.
