Gov. Bill Ritter is scheduled to attend the fourth "Surviving Tough Times" small business finance forum in Colorado Springs and the new energy-efficient Palmer Ridge High School in Monument on Wednesday.

9 to 10 a.m. Colorado Springs: Gov. Ritter will attend a "Surviving Tough Times" small business finance forum. These free forums provide small businesses with direct, one-on-one access to federal, state and local experts, resources and information. Businesses receive a Small Business Toolkit, counseling and other assistance. Locations: Antlers Hotel, 4. S. Cascade Ave., Colorado Springs.
1:30 to 2:15 p.m. Monument: Gov. Ritter will meet students of the new Palmer Ridge High School and tour the school's energy efficiency and geothermal systems installed in partnership with Mountain View Electric Association and Tri-State Generation & Transmission.
