LT. GOV. O'BRIEN AND FIRST LADY RITTER SCHEDULES FOR FRIDAY

7:30 a.m.            Lt. Gov. Barbara O'Brien will co-chair the Colorado Space Coalition meeting. Location: Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, 1445 Market St.

 

8:30 a.m.            First Lady Jeannie Ritter will deliver welcome remarks at the Colorado Association for Play Therapy's 15th Annual Conference. Location: Ramada Plaza Hotel, 10 E. 120th Ave., Northglenn.

 

10 a.m.               Lt. Gov. O'Brien will speak at a Child Health Plan Plus enrollment fair to help get eligible children enrolled in basic health plans. Location: 220 E. Rogers Road, Longmont.

 

Noon                  Lt. Gov. O'Brien will give opening remarks at the Preventing School Violence Symposium. Location: Johnson & Wales University, 1900 Olive St., Denver.

 

12:30 p.m.          First Lady Jeannie Ritter will deliver remarks to the Association of Black Psychologists' Cultural Competency Symposium where she will be stressing the importance of high-quality mental health care. Location: Community College of Aurora, 16000 E. CentreTech Parkway, Aurora.

 

4 p.m.                 First Lady Jeannie Ritter will deliver remarks at the Colorado Mathematical Olympiad in Colorado Springs.  More than 300 middle and high school students from around the state are taking part in this 26th annual competition.   Location:  University of Colorado-Colorado Springs, Lodge, 1420 Austin Bluffs Parkway, Colorado Springs.
