10:30 a.m.                   Gov. Bill Ritter will deliver remarks to the Colorado Association of School Executives' Winter Leadership Conference. He will be discussing his Colorado Achievement Plan for Kids, the P-20 Education Council and other education issues. Hyatt Tech Center, 7800 E. Tufts Ave., Denver.
 
11:30 a.m.                   Gov. Ritter will deliver remarks to the Colorado Nonprofit Association luncheon to release a new "Return on Investment" study detailing the economic impact of nonprofits in Colorado. Doubletree Hotel, 3203 Quebec St., Denver.
 
12:30 p.m.                  Gov. Ritter will deliver the keynote speech to the Colorado Contractors Association annual luncheon, celebrating the organization's 75th anniversary and addressing transportation issues. Invesco Field, East Club Lounge.
 
2:20 p.m.                    Gov. Ritter will deliver remarks to the Colorado Financial Literacy Forum. Federal Reserve Bank, 1020 16th St.
 
7:15 p.m.                    Gov. Ritter will deliver the keynote speech at the North Metro Chamber of Commerce annual dinner banquet. Westin Westminster, 104th Avenue and Highway 36.
