GOV. RITTER & MASSACHUSETTS GOV. PATRICK TO PLACE FRIENDLY WORLD SERIES WAGER

Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter and his Massachusetts counterpart, Gov. Deval Patrick, will place a friendly World Series wager during a media conference call this morning.

 

Gov. Ritter will be offering a box of Colorado-grown steaks: beef steaks from state Rep. Kathleen Curry's Tomichi Creek Ranch in Gunnison, and organic buffalo steaks Maverick Ranch, a family owned Colorado company that supplies the U.S. Olympic Training Center.

 Gov. Ritter will hold a brief photo-op with Hilary Cruz of Louisville, who recently was named Miss Teen USA. The photo-op will be held from 11:20 to 11:40 a.m. in the Governor's Office.
