ADVISORY: RITTER TO TESTIFY ON RENEWABLE ENERGY, UNVEIL MAJOR SCHOOL FINANCE PLAN


 
Between 9:30 and 10:30 a.m.: Gov. Ritter will testify before the Senate State Affairs Committee on House Bill 1281 in Senate Committee Room 353. The bill will establish new renewable energy standards for Colorado. This will be Gov. Ritter's first appearance before a legislative committee.
 
1:30 p.m.: Gov. Ritter and legislative leaders will announce a major proposal to provide an additional $84 million a year for K-12 education across Colorado.
