Meet some of the robots who could be joining the fight at sea with the Royal Navy in future.
An unmanned military boat is among the many vehicles and devices that were exercised in Scotland for the 'robot wars' exercise otherwise known as Unmanned Warrior. The event was hosted by the Royal Navy, giving an opportunity for industry, academia and UK and US Defence to demonstrate the latest in unmanned aircraft (UAVs), surface and underwater vehicles. The exercise allowed the participants to interact with realistic operational scenarios, share data with operational units, and test and evaluate their equipment.
