Designed for maximum riding pleasure, the new Z900 mounts a 948 cm3 In-Line Four engine in an all-new ultra-lightweight frame. The choice of a 900cc-class In-Line Four was no accident; every twist of the throttle is rewarded by crisp, smooth response and exhilarating acceleration. The lightweight chassis offers the same duality; nimble handling lends itself to spirited sports riding, while the Z900's light weight and low seat height make it easy to control.
Like many legendary Kawasaki 900cc-class In-Line Four machines (Z1, Ninja/GPz900R, Ninja ZX-9R), the Z900's package delivers a sublime balance of power and handling – ideal for a Supernaked model.

The Z900's aggressive Z Supernaked styling, inspired by the sugomi design of the Z1000, combines elegant, flowing bodywork with a condensed, compact engine. One look, and you'll fall in love.
Exciting In-Line Four engine
Powerful 948 cm3 liquid-cooled, 4-stroke In-line Four engine has a quick-revving character and a strong mid-range hit that pulls strongly to the redline. Adding to rider exhilaration, a distinct intake note encourages you to twist the throttle.
Light weight, agile handling Benefitting from a chassis comprised of lightweight components, the Z900 weighs in at 210.5 kg (208.5 kg for non-ABS models) – even after clearing Euro 4. Its lightweight trellis frame and swingarm were the key to the Z900's nimble handling.
Easy manoeuvrability The Z900's low weight and low seat height (794 mm) both contribute to manoeuvrability, whether walking beside the bike, or foot peddling in a parking lot. The easy-to-manage engine response and wide steering angle further facilitate low-speed manoeuvring.
Horizontal Back-link rear suspension Linked suspension delivers a balance of sporty performance and ride comfort.

Aggressive Z styling Designed to make viewers fall in love at first sight, the Z900's aggressive Z styling is inspired by the sugomi design of the Z1000.
Visually appealing multi-functional instrumentation Stacked instrument cluster features an easy-to-read layout. Analogue-style tachometer features a gear position indicator at its centre and sits atop a large multi-function LCD screen. The tachometer's three rider-selectable display modes add a visual element to riding enjoyment. Hairline finish on the tachometer dial, and carbon-fibre-style panelling contribute high-quality touches.
Special Edition model (MYS/THA) In addition to the standard Z900, a Special Edition model with special colour and graphics and a number of accessories fit standard will also be available.
