8:30 a.m.         Gov. Ritter will join lawmakers and dozens of New Energy Economy supporters to sign three bills into law:

SB 75 (Schwartz/Marostica), Low Speed Electric Vehicles

HB 1298 (McFadyen/Mitchell), Green Truck Program

HB 1331 (Gagliardi/Boyd), Hybrid and Alt. Fuel Vehicle Income Tax Credit

Location: Alliance for Sustainable Colorado, 1536 Wynkoop St., Denver.

 

9:45 a.m.         Gov. Ritter will sign House Bill 1010 (Massey & McGihon/Gibbs & Spence), which will help expand film production opportunities in Colorado. Location: Colorado Film Commission, Studio 1, 241 S. Cherokee St., Denver.

 

10:30 a.m.       Gov. Ritter will sign the following bills into law in his office at the State Capitol:  

SB 099 (Morse/Ferrandino), Procure. Supplier Database

SB 121 (White/Marostica), Taxation of Restaurant Employee Meals

SB 162 (Schwartz/Liston), Broadband Inventory

SB 257 (Schwartz/Fischer), Impr Pub Sch Constr Prog Efficiency

SB 285 (Heath/Summers & Solano), Career Tech Ed Concurrent Enrollment 

HB 1067 (Pommer/White), Instream Flow Tax Incentives

HB 1202 (Todd/Foster), Mortuary Science Registration

HB 1339 (Green/Boyd), Clinical Social Work Practice Defined

HB 1196 (Gerou/Boyd), Nursing Home Penalty Benefit Residents

 

11:20 a.m.       Gov. Ritter will deliver remarks at the 25th Annual Law Enforcement Flame of Hope Torch Run for Special Olympics. The run raises money and awareness to support Colorado's Special Olympics athletes.
