Noon Gov. Ritter will deliver remarks and hand out awards during the John Lynch Foundation's annual "Salute the Stars" luncheon, honoring outstanding student-athletes who excel in academics, athletics and community involvement.

2 p.m. Gov. Ritter, House Speaker Andrew Romanoff and Senate President Peter Groff will hold a media availability to discuss the achievements of the 2008 legislative session, which concluded last night.
